Bella Moss sells cosmetic products. We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, photographs, ingredients, prices and other information displayed on our website are accurate.
The appearance of products and packaging may differ slightly from photographs due to screen settings, lighting or packaging updates.
Please read the product ingredients, directions for use and any warnings before using a product.
Our products are intended for external cosmetic use unless stated otherwise.
Products should be used in accordance with the instructions and warnings provided on the product, packaging or our website.
Please review the ingredient list before use, particularly if you know that you have allergies or sensitivities to certain ingredients.
If irritation or another unexpected reaction occurs, stop using the product and seek medical advice where appropriate.
Our product descriptions do not constitute medical advice, and individual results may vary.
Prices are displayed in the currency applicable to the market you have selected.
The total price, including applicable taxes and any shipping charges applied by us, will be shown before you submit your order.
Payments are processed through Shopify Checkout and Shopify Payments or another payment method shown at checkout.
We may correct an obvious pricing error before your order is accepted. If this happens, you may accept the corrected price or cancel the order and receive a full refund of any amount already paid.
Before submitting your order, you are responsible for checking the selected products, quantities, delivery address and contact information.
After placing your order, you will receive an email confirming that we have received it.
A binding purchase contract is formed when we accept your order by sending you an order confirmation or dispatch confirmation.
All orders are subject to product availability and successful payment authorization.
We may refuse or cancel an order before dispatch if:
a product is unavailable;
payment cannot be authorized;
there is an obvious error in the price or product information;
delivery details are incomplete;
delivery to the provided address is not possible; or
we reasonably suspect fraud, misuse or unauthorized resale.
If we cancel an order after payment has already been taken, the relevant amount will be refunded to the original payment method.

You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by carriers, public holidays, customs procedures, weather or other circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Consumers in the European Union and the United Kingdom generally have 14 days from receiving an online order to notify us of their decision to withdraw from the purchase.
For hygiene reasons, cosmetic products may only be returned due to a change of mind if they are unopened, unused and their original protective or hygiene seal remains intact.
Opened, tested or used cosmetic products cannot be returned solely because you have changed your mind.
If you would like to return a product, please contact us at info@bellamoss.cz before sending it back.
You are responsible for return shipping costs unless the product is faulty, damaged, incorrectly supplied or does not match its description.
These restrictions do not affect your statutory rights in relation to faulty, unsafe or incorrectly supplied products.
EU and UK distance-selling rules generally provide a 14-day withdrawal period. For sealed goods that are not suitable for return for health protection or hygiene reasons, this right may be lost once the seal has been broken.
Approved refunds will usually be issued to the original payment method after we receive and inspect the returned product.
Where required by law, we will also refund the cost of the least expensive standard delivery method offered for the original order.
We may withhold the refund until we receive the returned product or until you provide evidence that it has been sent back.

Depending on the circumstances and applicable law, you may be entitled to a replacement, refund, reasonable price reduction or another appropriate remedy.
Nothing in these Terms limits your statutory consumer rights.
You may use our website only for lawful, personal and non-commercial purposes.
You must not interfere with the operation of the website, attempt unauthorized access, distribute malicious software or use the website for fraudulent purposes.
We may update, temporarily suspend or restrict access to parts of the website for maintenance, security or technical reasons.
Promotions and discount codes may be subject to additional terms displayed when they are offered.
Unless stated otherwise, discount codes cannot be exchanged for cash, combined with another discount code or applied retrospectively after an order has been placed.
We may refuse or cancel a discount or other benefit obtained through fraud, misuse or a technical error.
The Bella Moss name, logos, visual identity, photographs, videos, designs, packaging, text and website content are owned by Bella Moss or used under an appropriate licence.
You may not copy, publish, modify, distribute, scrape or commercially exploit this content without our written permission, except where permitted by law.
We are responsible for foreseeable loss or damage caused by our breach of these Terms or by our failure to exercise reasonable care and skill.
We are not responsible for losses that could not reasonably have been foreseen or that were caused by circumstances beyond our reasonable control.
Our products and website are intended for personal use by consumers. We are not responsible for business losses such as loss of profit, revenue or business opportunities.
Nothing in these Terms excludes liability where such exclusion would be unlawful or limits your statutory consumer rights.

These Terms and purchases made through our website are governed by the laws of the Czech Republic.
If you live in another country, this does not remove any mandatory consumer protections available to you under the laws of your country of residence.
Disputes may be brought before any court that has jurisdiction under applicable consumer law.
We may update these Terms if our business, website, services or legal obligations change.
The version that applies to your order is the version in effect at the time the order is placed.
